During my time at Plangora, I essentially operated as a one-person in-house creative agency. Because team resources were constantly shifting, I stepped up to take full ownership of the company's entire media production pipeline. I managed every single touchpoint of the creative process: from initial strategy and pre-production planning to video/audio editing, post-production polish, and final publication.

To ensure consistency across all our output, I established the core Plangora Brand Guidelines. I also handled the company's corporate social media presence, designing targeted, high-quality promotional campaigns for regional holidays like Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year.

A major piece of Plangora's strategy was developer community building through podcasting. I led the branding, digital asset creation, and production pipelines for two highly technical shows:

Before we officially rebranded the education wing to "Plangora Academy," I designed the curriculum visuals and marketing materials for our developer courses:

Beyond media production, I also handled digital product design. I designed the end-to-end UI and UX for Thepetalstack, a dedicated application accompanying a book about the PETAL stack (Phoenix, Elixir, Tailwind, AlpineJS, LiveView). I mapped out the complex user flows and designed the dark-mode dashboard interfaces for the application.
