One continuous engagement, three connected chapters.
This covers three phases of the same EdTech platform at MeeOpp: shipping product initiatives for primary and secondary students, then building a focused experience for a new university-student audience, then a full clean-slate platform redesign once the original foundation could no longer scale.

Why the next phase happened
As the platform grew beyond primary and secondary students to reach university students too, this design (built around a younger audience) couldn't accommodate what an older, more independent learner actually needed. That gap is what Phase 2 was built to close.
Built specifically for a new university-student audience the original design couldn't accommodate. Ran two pilots with a university partner: a small, high-touch language and culture program, and a large-scale engagement experiment inside a real lecture course.
Why the next phase happened
At the same time, the original platform's foundation from Phase 1 was full of hard coded logic that made it difficult to scale further. Rather than patch it again, the decision was made to rebuild from scratch, unifying every role (and adding parents for the first time) into one consistent platform.
